Authentication errors in AD RMS

$25-50 AUD / hour

We use AD RMS for our FileServer. Trying to open files on the network comes up with an error saying "The logged in users could not be authenticated. Please check your credentials or try signing out and signing back in." Doesnt matter as to which user. Also checked AD and AD RMS. Errors evidence that: - authentication is not enable on one of the required entry points (Event ID 208) - specific settings do not grant Local Activation permission (Event ID 10016) - user device registration failed (Event ID 307) also tried the RMSBulk tool but cannot decrypt as RMS client not initialised properly. So does ANYONE know how to resolve authentication or decrypt files???? I have the superuser access details. Thanks
