WAP Multiplayer Game Implementation

Looking for a company or individual that has experience with WAP games and is able to implement a WAP Multiplayer Game. The work includes: - WAP programming - game-server setup - admin / reporting web interfaces - testing - adjustments to the game logic - web interfaces to change the game logic to keep the game balance) Game design and graphics will be provided. Game information: - The game is a WAP based multiplayer - To play the user must register a personal account - With his team the user can battle against other registered users - The users choice of strategy for his team is crucial to determine the outcome of a game and also takes influence on other game deciding factors - By competing and winning against other teams, the users team improves, collects points and rises in the highscore ranking table - First entry users are taken directly to a tutorial - The user can edit his strategy in his profile whenever he is logged in. The profile needs to be saved on a game server so all users can always challenge any opponent team (also if the opponent user is offline) - There is a highscore and a ranking system - There are game instructions - The team profile has some more features, like: nationality (chose a flag), chose a jersey, set players names, see game stats, upload own user picture (via MMS) - There are some random factors like weather conditions - The outcome of the battle is calculated by comparing the teams strategies and settings - the result of the battles are described in genre-specific language fitting to the strategies the users chose - Users can invite their friends via EMS link, and get a bonus when the new player creates an account - Several gif animations for given situations depending on the outcome of the battle are available for the users ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
