Need help with pricing a project for this (Freelancer.com) site and writing a brief

This is an unusual one, but I will try. I need someone to do rather big a project for me, but I am not sure how to properly describe the task and what price range to set. So I am creating this small project to find someone who will help me to set up the big project here. Here is what it is about. I have this site [login to view URL] which is moving to a new design with some changes. The site is about 1000-page deep. So before switching to the new site (which is currently on the dev server) I need to make sure it will work okay, namely: - checking each page from the original site to see it appears on the dev site with same url, loads well, all links are working, and no design issues - then similarly from mobile - check meta titles and descriptions are similar, as well as other markup like star ranking I probably missed something? :) Is there a standard list? Is the expertise I am looking for called QA? That's what I need help with: tell me how to write the brief, what skills to mark, what price range to set. Thank you for reading through this. When bidding on it here please make sure that your proposal indicates you have read it understood. Because I am sure I will get tons of generic bids, and bids from clueless people, or people thinking this project is actually about QAing a site. Some may also ask whether I will take them on the big project after them doing this prep work. Of course, you may bid on the project you will help me create, together with others. But here I am looking for someone to help me set it up, that's the thing.
