You have SEVERAL DAYS in order read the specification and ask questions BEFORE you submit your bid. Bids that are received within one hour of posting this project will be IMMEDIATELY rejected because that tells me you have not read the specification and spent enough time to come up with an accurate bid. It also tells me that you have not paid attention :-) so you would unlikely be someone I would want to work with :-)
Please see attached - contains details of site and content. I will provide graphics files to successful contractor on acceptance of awarded work. I will not be chatting to anyone until I know they have thoroughly read the document and demonstrate they understand what is needed. It is a waste of time to do otherwise. Your enthusiasm will not be what wins the work but your demonstration of attention.
