I made a couple of shortlinks (from [login to view URL]) for a website I manage. The links do not work, they give error message: "this [login to view URL] shortlink has been disabled. It was found to be violating our Terms of Service" I have applied for review and there was no reply from goo.gl. There are no manual actions in webmastertools dashboard. I want somebody to pinpoint the reason for this error message in a way that I can correct and resolve it.
