I would like a clone of [login to view URL] with some tweaks. First of all any user/agent can register automatically and upload a property with pictures, video support, maps, layout plans. Also, I as the super administrator can create new cities and areas within city and ads througout the site approve and ban ads... Database should be transferrable so when site is upgraded it will be compatible. Also, each property uploaded is in clean coding and submitted to google and other search engines automatically like gumtree..Also, on the top will be other categories such as cars, etc to be added in the future..at present i dont need them. coding needs to be clean and look crisp....look should be like [login to view URL] with seach engine on the left.. and option for adding map later like [login to view URL] that lights up when rolled over the area people uploading will pay through paypal or some other service but for the beginning it will show as cost as 0...later i could increase it THanks and happy bidding...No outsourcing companies please only freelancers experienced in such web20 sites...with feedback and examples to show
