Project Management: Setting Up Turn-key eCommerce Package

I am looking for a person who can take this project on to completion. We are a retail brick and mortar business. We're using Lightspeed Onsite, Point of Sale software. We've purchased their add-on turn-key eCommerce package to open up an online store. We have the server package set up. We need "hand holding" to get our various online "modules" up and running, and getting our product data ready for online sales. We don't know the ins-and-outs of eCommerce testing. Most of our shipments are to Japan. The software package is not good for data entry - thus we want to use external databases to manage, update, and edit data and update the POS database through text files, etc. We also have in our data, some broken "Matrices" (products that are related together but have different sizes, colors and prices, that need to be found and replaced. I have non-tech staff, who are ready to do data entry (dimensions, weight etc.). Once the product data has been updated and cleaned up, we may look into porting our e-commerce site to Lightspeed's newer product - since their sales people have not pushed this on me, I don't know what that involves yet.
