From your document and the demo, there is a lot of screens to define, these remain an unknown, and time may have to be added for these. The site it self is a little complex, but possible. I trust you have all the screens in html format from your designer, and that the database back end is also pre existing?? We always use MVC and Entity framework when dealing with the databases. Is this to be hosted on premise or in the cloud? You mention AWS or Azure, we recommend azure as you can take advantage of the cheaper database options in Azure as software as a service rather than a whole database instance. We do most of our work on cloud based solutions, with full Database architecture all running in the cloud, with websites as well in the cloud. There are more questions, but lets see where you go with this. Paul.

Dear Red, Thank you for providing such detailled requirements and even form layouts already. This is very organised and makes it clear what you need. For the Tax Authority in the Netherlands I did a similar project, where certain money streams had to be assigned and authorised. These projects were programmed in C#.NET in combination with MSSQL, so to work on Windows servers and also had a bootstrap interface. Previous projects in this department showed very slow performance with Entity Framework. However, I found a way to keep the models in the database the same as in code, without requiring Entity Framework in the builds for the server. This project is much bigger though, but it does not have an interface to other systems right? And the details of the Site queries and Deviation Requirements are following? And when you say "Memory Peaks" under "Security": These things are visible in Microsoft Azure. Do you expect any additional logging to be able to trace these? Looking forward to hearing from you.
