Hiring UI/UX designer for platform re-design wireframe prototype

I am looking for an experienced UX and UI designer to redesign/enhance the 3 main areas of an online Financial Trading Platform SHOW ME EXAMPLES OF YOUR BEST UI/UX WORK that you did specifically for PLATFORM or Web App (NOT just a website) The content, buttons and information that need to be included have already been outlined along. I need somebody to go through in excruciating detail and make improvements to the design, make it look professional and most importantly pay attention to the FLOW. the actions and the interactions with the customer must seem intuitive and seamless. Overall GOAL: UX design of Platform - designing for ease of use and emotion • I want the platform to express the feeling of a polished product • Confidence and trust in its functionality • Induce the desire to try it * Appear very seamless, easy to use, and easy on the eye - This project is only for DESIGN, not development Requirements: - The job is for 10 hours of work - We must have an initial 30 minute conference call with the actual Design, in order to unpack the business knowledge, explain I want produced in a lot moredetail - You must be available US standard PST work hours, to work with me directly - You must keep open communication with me and check in every hour or so to update on progress and make sure we are aligned.
