We are a large Insurance Agency in South Florida, specifically in Miami-Dade.
We have three major Divisions, Health, Life and Property & Casualty.
Each of these Division work independently as different companies:
HEALTH works under Health Family Insurance, Inc. (25 years in the market),
LIFE works under Secure Life Financial, Inc. (7 years in the market), and
PROPERTY & CASUALTY works under The Insurance Doctor (12 years in the market).
We have created a website for each of them, we try to make E-mail invitations and company communication letters to all our agents in each of the divisions, however, we have had no consistency on these matter, we generate communications a couple of months and then stop for 9 months.
What we need is to have a Social Media Marketer working from inside of our companies (for the three companies) that will:
1. Develop and implement a social media marketing plan for the 3 agencies.
2. Redesign our Websites
a. Have the Websites current and active
b. Create a way of interaction through the Web site and our captive agents
c. Motivate new Agents to come and become part of our Agency
d. Create a regular publishing schedule of communications for the 3 agencies.
3. The SMM must also create and design Mass Mail Letters to send by both E-mail and regular mail to all our Agents and prospect Agents.
4. Coordinating with each Division VP, must design the brochures and mailings based on the characteristics of each campaign which shall be pinpointed by each Division VP, and the SMM must create campaigns based on that information.
5. We need to make our Search Engine Optimized (SEO), in order to have it in the first line when a potential customer is looking for Life agencies, Health insurance options, how to insure their car house, boat, etc.
6. Will drive quality traffic, leads and sales to our Agency.
7. Develop our three Agency names.
8. Create inbound traffic
9. Design our companies Facebook cover, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.
