Design & Build Wordpress Business Sites

We want to appoint a web designer/builder who is capable of designing and then implementing professional business websites in Wordpress. This appointment is initially for one project, but if we like your work, we have several other we can appoint you to work on. Design wise we are looking for someone who understands how to create a very attractive UI and interfaces with beautiful images, appropriate colours, web type and the latest icons - to a very high professional standard. You should then be capable to implement your design within Wordpress, either as an entirely original theme, or (if we request it) by modifying an existing theme. Recently we've found that the Avada theme is very powerful and allows very robust and flexible sites to be built, but we're open to using any theme that is recommended and we may often require that. At the first stage we'll require a se of draft visuals to show the client what we intend to deliver, (which could need refined based on client feedback) and at the second we'll require it implemented to client's satisfaction. All site content will be provided by us and feedback and communication will be available throughout. The first project is redesigning the webpage of a small IT consultancy business. It has no more than 8-10 pages in total and one of the key design features for the site is the inclusion of some parallax scrolling homepage and landing pages - with large photographic panels which tell the narrative of the business. Examples and more info available on request. The site WILL NOT have any involved features like ecommerce or member login area. It will however utilise Google maps, contact forms and we would like to have download document feature which you need to enter their email address to get first (we already have a plugin workflow for this). We prefer to work to fixed costs for initial build, so make your best estimate based on above and we will provide more info via chat - and project spec at next stage. If you want ongoing maintenance or retainer work after launch, this is always possible as client usually want to update and make adjustments, which become billable extras. We have an ideal budget in mind for this and future jobs so that these endeavours remain worthwhile for all involved, but we will consider all applications.
