Desarrollo de sitio web para reservar rentas de dos casas en El Tigre, Nuevo Vallarta

Hi, I’m renting a house (in El Tigre Club de Golf, Nuevo Vallarta) in Airbnb, see house in the next link: [login to view URL] I´m looking for somebody to create the web page for the previous house and soon add another house similar to the same web page. The goal is to catch the attention of the people visiting Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Punta Mita and Sayulita through announcing this web page in Google so that the house is always booked for the next month, in order to achieve that I plan to put on sale the next available dates. For example, right now the house is booked until September 6th, so from September 7th to 12th I put a 30 % discount. The web page must allow people to rent the house through selecting the dates that they are interested in renting. It would be awesome if people can see a calendar with the dates available to rent and the price of each night and it´s promotion if there is any. The prices change depending on the season or holiday. If they can see the prices in the calendar they can easily find the cheapest dates of the year. I need to be able to import Airbnb and VRBO calendars in order to avoid renting the same dates twice. The web page design has to be elegant and easy to use and pay reservations just like Airbnb. It would be incredible if it allows me to send special offers just like Airbnb. Also, it´s got to contain all the information about the house: description, photos, rules, kind of reservation policy, etc. Please let me know if you can help me, it would be awesome to see the web pages you have done.
