I need a mobile platform and a web platform. The mobile app must contain the following requirement 1- Filling of forms containing a barcode reader that can scan this form by getting the code number adding to a field in the app with the name eg barcode number after scanner the number appears in the field. 2- The form must also contain an option to photograph photos to store along with the code. 3- The App must have some checks box to facilitate filling as some information is entered multiple times. The system needs to be coordinated with a website by sending this information filled in the form in real time to a website. The site needs to receive this information and show it to the user site Note (When the information that was filled in by the application, for example, was marked on the form that it informs and for person A on the site only person A can see this information ) site need 4 access levels Admin, Employee, Customer and Visitor. Admin access to all information edit, remove or delete forms and can create a new user that can be customer, Admin, visitor or employee. Employee access to almost all information like being able to just edit forms. Customer can only view his information that has been placed for him in the app. Visitor access to the site to show system functionality without access to added information. The site needs to show accurate example information in the form created in the application code and number 12, when accessing the site I logged in. I go to the menu of the created forms site. when accessing the form with code number 12 I need access to the information filled in the App plus the photos added to that form ~ NOTE (The information has to be just show information from that code number 12 nothing more.)
