Convert wordpress site to static html site

Need to convert the following wordpress site into static html/html5 site and make sure it is mobile friendly also. Need to keep the same look&feel and cleanup any scripts and just need to have the minimal css, javascript. Currently this site is being marked as a security risk by "opendns" that's why I need to make it as simple static html site. Will be minimal changes to the menu and need to make sure it's easy to change or add anything down the road also e.g. adding or deleting a menuitem or adding new pages etc. Here is a wordpress site that need to be changed to static html site [login to view URL] We also have a contact-us form don't know if it will be possible to use it without any server side scripting or a way to use javascript for that if no security risk else can remove it. Some of the additions/subtractions 1. Under "About Us" need to add a menuitem "Partners" and that page should looking like [login to view URL] Again we should be able to add delete more partners easily. 2. Under "Solutions" need to add a menuitem "IAM Strategy". 3. Remove "Blog" subitem from "Vision". Could be some more minor changes if required.
