Company Start-up : Plan the infrastructure needed for lead generation system

For a start-up that will be based in Switzerland, we need support to plan the infrastructure of the lead generation system. The start-up will sell products and consultancies related to interior design (mainly furniture), and the target are architects, general contractors, building companies with projects in Ticino (main focus) and Switzerland. The desired lead generation system will consist in: TOOLS o A simple website: with main function to collect contacts (coming from various sources) o Blog o E-mail marketing tool o Social networks: Linkedin / FB SOURCES OF LEADS o 1:1 personal contact with sales force o Google AD o Sponsored posts on Linkedin / FB LEADS WARMING ACTIONS o Automated system of “educational” sales letters via email o Posts on blog, Linkedin, FB o Sales force personal contact with warm leads We are looking for a freelance to help us designing the system (and eventually, to support the development at a later stage). The deliverables of the first phase of the project are: WEBSITE o To collect our indications on how the website should look like and functionalities o To propose a list of website that may serve as benchmark (in terms of template/design/functionalities etc) o To define a detailed list of requirements of the website o To define a target cost for the website development EMAIL MARKETING o To collect our indications on how the mailing system should work o To propose a list of solutions with pros/ cons and cost REQUIREMENTS FOR THE FREELANCER - English or Italian speaker - Proven experience in the field of digital marketing and lead generation After the first phase there may be a follow up containing: - To develop the website according to the requirements defined - To develop & program the email marketing system
