Build a MediaWiki website front page

I need a website. This website will be a MediaWiki (basically a Wikipedia). I want the front page to look very specific. 1. The front page will have our logo (the globe) in the center. 2. Upon hovering the mouse over our logo, 5 categories should pop up: (1) Criminal Intelligence, (2) Militant Activity, (3) Domestic Terrorism, (4) Natural Disasters, (5) CBRNE [slightly different than what I have on paper, I know) 3. Upon hovering over one of the 5 categories, each category should then pop up 4 subjects: (1) Historical, (2) Contemporary, (3) Comparative, (4) Predictive 4. Upon clicking on a subject, it will lead to another Wiki page where people can contribute directly. 5. On the bottom will be a chart of some kind to display 5 accounts: (1) Random [login to view URL] content (images/maps), (2) Twitter content, (3) Facebook content, (4) Instagram content, (5) Pinterest board content. 6. On the upper left should be a Trello logo, which will invite others to join our official Trello board (I will provide the link and logo) 7. On the upper right should be a button to toggle/switch themes: (1) Dark theme, (2) Light theme That's it for now. I have a strong preference for individuals who have experience with MediaWiki websites. Please provide examples. Give me reasonable and accurate quotes.
