I want to establish a LAN containing ( DESKTOP PC ) and Mobile phones and router , When Any mobile phone try to access the internet , A web page exist on the ( DESKTOP PC ) appears to the Mobile Phone user and the user have to enter certain code inside the page to access the internet , I want to do that with a simplest way and the cost is very important also
