Our client is a small hotel located on Pacific coast of Costa Rica. This client/hotel wishes to increase its web site HITS an order of magnitude. The current Web site supports both FLASH and HTML and consists of roughly 12 satic HTML pages with embedded flash. This web site is very simplistic with minimal JS; Skill Requirements: - Web site design - SEO expertise - Familiarity with Hotel/Resort SEO keywords and relavent links. - Graphic/Photo optimization Primary Objective: - Rebuild the website to support user provided SEO keywords. - Submit to ALL search engines (specifically Google, Yahoo, jeeves, etc..) and achieve TOP rating on two or three specified keywords. Secondary: - Guide client in the negotiation of PAID keyword placement with GOOGLE, and other relavent web sites (hence the desired experience dealing in the hotel industry) - POSSIBLE: Negotiation with other LARGE travel related websites to help provide alternative entry points into our client website. Tertiary Objectives: - Make website more intuitive - Make website more responsive (lighter) - Make website easier to manage/update - Enhance visitor experience - Scale/Convert/etc all photos to help make site lighter.
