447176 Timed-video tutorials portal

We are building a portal for video tutorials for our specific industry and live video streaming, which will be hosted and need the following system in place. Requirements - Membership subscription system - Content management system. We want to use Expression Engine. - Reproduce our website template with easy to use navigation. Graphics will be provided. - Profile pages for individual users; users can upload pictures, and video - Quizzing system ranking users; questions can be posted under each video and users are given rank; questions will be timed and will affect user's rank. We would like to be able to post video and a button will appear under each video to take a quiz after the viewer views each video. Upon clicking the button, they will be timed to answer each question. If they answer correctly they will receive one point. If they answer in under a minute, they will be given .5 points additional (we can go into detail later on granting how many points by time). Users will be ranked by points. ***** Build in timer system for answers to video tutorial so visitors have to answer questions within a given time, which admin will choose (15 second increments) ***** Tutorial videos will be posted by admin to look like a blog, so they can be searched by date / timeline. ***** All content must be available as paid-for subscription RSS feeds. - Trouble-ticket system; basic membership will enable users to ask questions for help on tutorials; 5 free initial questions; users can purchase credits for additional questions; We would like the support/trouble-ticket area to have the option of uploading their videos/pictures. Those uploads should have a searchable tag. All subjects/questions should appear in an index and be searchable via web or in our system, but you have to be a member to view the answer. **** We want to use vBulletin to build this help-desk / forum system and be able to charge customers after they receive 5 free answers (connects to payment gateway / shopping cart, which we don't have) - Index of entries - Forum
