Design for Video Website

I need a designer to create a design for a new video website. Please bid with details for a design only - PSDs or images - and note in your bid if you can also provide XHTML/CSS or a WordPress theme. NOTES: 1. Your design must be original. I will want written statement that you *created* the design specifically for this project. 2. I can do the creation of the WordPress theme myself and will probably prefer to BUT if you can, please say so. 3. I can also create the XHTML/CSS myself but I would rather have you do it if the price is right. 4. The main considerations in selecting a provider will be reputation and skill in design. Your technical skills are not as important as you creative skills.
