I need to center the logo and menu bar across the page so that the logo is on top and the menu buttons are below. The updated style should reflect and maintain responsiveness for different browser widths and devices. Also, when the page scrolls down, the default menu will stick to the top of the page. When this happens, I would like the logo to be hidden. Similar to [login to view URL]
