Website Design & Development (Can Bid seperately)

What I need done:

I need a community web 2.0 website for ringtones. It will allow users to create their own ringtone, search for it and to download it to their mobile phone through WAP. There will also be a community and profile page.

Features & functionality expected are like [url removed, login to view] (No need their copyright authetication features)+ [url removed, login to view] (Modified for ringtones) + zedge ( Their WAP platform)

What I already have versus what the provider will build:

This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with heavy graphics, including a new logo and colors for my business. Text will be provided by us.

We would strongly prefer developers to use exisiting open source solutions or similar solutions instead of working to reinvent the wheel which could have many bugs.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:

Designer : You should have experience designing websites and with deisgn capabilities in anime/manga . Strong preferences towards korean/japanese style

Developer : Pls look at the various components in the file include widget development, working with API, WAP platform, Web 2.0 community features. ringtone formats .

Timeframe for delivery:

Can be discussed. But once agreed upon I expect it to be met.

Application Procedure:

Week 1 Basically for soliciting bidding

Week 2 - 3 Will discuss details with shortlisted providers

Will close bid earlier if possible
