Top Graphic Designer Needed

We are in need of a top notch Graphic Designer to help our Pro team design and develop Killer website UI's, Stunning Branding Programs, and Sophisticated Promotional Campaigns. I would defiantly like this to turn into a long term arrangement but I would like to start with a couple of single projects to get a feel for the level of work that can be done. I will use these projects to get a feel for the capabilities. You will be asked to create a website home page design based on our art direction. The work must be creative and detailed. The most important thing is that the design be of the highest quality and skill. No template based mid-level designers will be considered.
