simple changed on wordpress template

hi im willing to make simple customization of rtl wordpress template this is the template [login to view URL] [login to view URL] to make bigger header that will containt image of advocate 2. switch the right teitter to contact us 3. add right colomn of information tab ( detial) 4. creating custom page the same design of right and header just plain text in middle to add information work need to be done in 1 day its very simple and the lowest bid will win :) thnx
