What I need is when someone clicks on renting, or sales this should redirect them to my page on a third party property portal like [login to view URL], or [login to view URL] etc. Logo: You will also design a logo for this business. Colour: The company colour is Blue and client would want to stick to this colour as part of his brand. Flash: My Client would want some little flash like what you have on reference site. Very simple. The flash should be showing photos of clean apartments, clean homes and houses. Something relating to beautiful living, beautiful home, happy couples and families or happy single people. Something with a warm and bright feelings. MENU: I need the following menu for the site ==> Home ==> This as usual will contain some info about the company About us ==> A page that covers everything about the company. Sales:==> This page should have message as well but also with bold image links that when clicked will take web visitors to a third party website where my client properties are displayed. Renting:==> This page should have message as well but also with bold image links that when clicked will take web visitors to a third party website where my client properties are displayed. Landlord: ==> will contain information for landlord showing services we offer to landlords and a link for landlord to click to contact the estate agent to submit their property. Tenant: ==> This is information for tenants. Again with a link to contact us. Contact us: ==> A web form to contact the estate agent. This form data can be sent to an email. No need for database. Mortgage: ==> This page will contain mortgage information and a link should be provided. When click it should go to third party website. Sitemap: ==> Please do not forget to create a sitemap. Register: This is for Tenants to register their interest to get updates when properties are available. Search engine: This site should be design to be Search engine friendly and submitted to Google and other search engine for indexing. Bookmark or Social Add Button: Please get a bookmark or share button from [login to view URL] to add on the site. NB: I will only accept bid from anyone that have previous portfolio to show me.
