Cartoonist Illustrator Creative

To Illustrate a childrens book about a minibus character. I will require about 12 illustrations. The books are not sold commercially. They are sponsored and given free to children in Hong Kong and China. I am a teacher in a Chinese primary school and am not allowed to do any paid activities while under contact. I will approach publishers after my contract expires and any commercial selling of the book will include royalties for the illustrator. I have completed six books so far and have been happy with the work of the illustrators. I am not concerned about reputations or experience as I am quite happy to let people who want the experience do the books. I only pay per illustration as I am funding the whole exercise from my own pocket. I hope to have 20 books completed by the end of September. This book is 'Ming the Minibus and the Giant Fans" The story is based around a Minibus that dicovers giant fans in the Ocean off an island in Hong Kong. This book has already been done and it will be sent to guide the illustrator. The problem with the previous illustrations is the illustartor put the "fans" {wind generators) on the land. They need to be in the water. Not illustrators fault as windfarm in planning stages and wind generators shifted. New Illustrator will be able to find a lot of pictures on the internet. I will also be able to send pictures as well. Looking for an illustrator with child friendly style and imagination.
