Resolve suspended websites issue to make them live again

Hi there, I can do this right now. But I must say that this job will not be over by just removing the files mentioned in the report. There must be some master script that is creating these additional malware scripts/files. So we also need to rectify this, otherwise they will came back soon. Awaiting for your response. thanks
