Collect Email Addresses and Promote a Products *You will need your own CRM

We have a membership club which needs a continual input of new members. The membership is activated after an initial purchase of 6 CDs (which are free, the customer just pays for postage) and they receive a 30 day trial of the membership. During that time they can opt out without any charge. If they chose to stay in the membership, they pay an ongoing monthly fee. I am looking for someone to promote the 6 free CDs and membership by email to potential members on an ongoing basis. The members we are looking for are interested in personal development. They often have trained in NLP, Hypnotherapy or coaching. We have harvested information from governing bodies representing these industries in the past to collate the email addresses and names before emailing them with the offer. You will be collecting the data of these potential customers, organising it into an excel spreadsheet with first name, last name (optional but not essential) and email address plus physical address if one is available. ***You then send out an email to these individuals using a template you will be given via your own CRM system or a custom built one (our own is very sensitive about us importing new data that has been collated via these methods.)*** This is a continual ongoing project for which I would like to negotiate fixed monthly fee (regardless of the amount of data you successfully promote to) but with an additional commission of £0.50p payment for every customer who successfully purchases the 6 CDs from the data you have promoted to. The minimum level of data we require is 500 new emails each week. It is essential that the data is relevant, so this will require some research. From each 500 leads we would ordinarily expect 20 sales so if this is not matched or superseded on a consistent basis, the ongoing contract will end. So to clarify: - Find 500+ new leads each week - Email those leads using a template from your CRM - Send a copy of the leads via excel to us each week - We will pay up to £250 per month to the successful bidder on this project (the amount you bid here is the amount you will be paid each month) - We will also pay £0.50 per transaction for the 6 free CDs that is successfully processed from your marketing, regardless of whether they continue with the membership with us. (payment made the following month - The more leads you find each week, the higher the chances of a bonus payment!
