One Program: Custom eBay Listing Scraper + Auto eBay Lister + eBay Item Repricer + Auto-Ordering

Need a single program developing with these functions: Function 1. eBay Listing Scraper - Ability To Enter An eBay Item Title - Will Return Exact Match Or Very Close Titled Listings - Will Then Search Through Items Which That eBay Seller Sells And Find Top Selling Items Based On Number Of Sales - Also Should Be Able To Determine Profitability Based On Price Of Item On External Marketplace - Should export this in a way where the user can then approve or disapprove listings and then export this to function 3 Function 2. eBay Item Repricer - Will Need To Continuously Monitor Prices Of An Item On A Marketplace, When A Change In Price Is Detected, The Price Of The Item On eBay is updated. Function 3. Auto eBay Lister - Will take listings found from Function 1, will find the item on an external marketplace and will then create an eBay listing based on a template. This will then be automatically listed on eBay. Function 4. Amazon Auto-Ordering - When an item which is monitored by this program gets a sale on eBay, the item should automatically be ordered from Amazon. - Further details about the checkout process will be provided.
