Build Web Scraper for a Website

I need to extract data from this site [login to view URL] . There will be 11 text data points to retrieve. Scraper needs to be an easy to use, stand-alone application I can easily run on Windows 7.
How it should work:
1. I’ll go to the website, and I’ll do a search and filter the results I want. Then I’ll copy that URL and enter it into your application on my desktop.
2. I run it, it then it goes to the search results page, goes to the record, scrapes the data on the page, saves it, returns to search results page, to get next record. When done with that page, it goes to next page and repeats until all records are completed in the search results.
3. Your application returns an Excel spreadsheet (XLS) file with all the data in it.
4. If their site blocks scrapers, you need build into it to use different proxies so it works.
If you are comfortable with web scraping, extracting, data mining, curl, python, perl, api, json, and more, then this should be a good project for you. I expect completion in 1 day.
