SEO required for Google / DMOZ

I have a CreLoaded oSCommerce website selling lingerie (tasteful) [login to view URL] - it has 200 pages listed on Yahoo, 190 listed on MSN but only 2 listed on Google. Page rank is 0. Allthough Google spiders last visited on June 9th I am not getting listed. Website is over 9 months old and has inbound links but it is not being listed on Google and i can't get it on DMOZ allthough I have submitted it lots of times. Can anyone help find what is wrong and get Google to list me? Good money paid for a good service. RULES NO cloaking, unethical methods, linkfarms accepted. All methods must be ethical. I will not pay if any underhand methods are used. You will need to outline what you intend to do and show examples. You will be paid once Google recognises 100 pages.
