long term seo needed

This is my last time postig this seo project. if i do not find some one trusting and honest i will take my business to a company in the usa. I am getting extremly fustrated with posting projects and meeting dishonest people on this site. this project is not an easy way to make money. you actually have to know what you are doing. i am not knowlegeable in seo but since i cannot find providers who r trusting i am going to pay someone to guide me so i do not get scammed. the reason why i am being careful because i paid money before to get seo done i waited months to just find out the man was a scam on gaf. i dont need another scammer. i dont pick up money off the trees in my back yard to give it away to dishoest people. you want the job you will earn it honestly or dont bid. Rules: 1 all funds stay in escrow until project it 100% completed. funds will not leave escrow unless i see page ranking. which i know takes time. do not try to hack into my account to transfer any funds from escrow as i check my gaf regularly and i will repost any fraud activity and also report you to ic3 for interenet fraud. 100% do nor mean u get funds after u do link building etc. it means after i see page results in google which i know will take about 3-6 months. if u want money upfront for any part of the project do not bid because funds will not be released for anything until project is done. 2# the money will be deposit in segements. example, if you tell me that you want 1500 for the project and it will take 5 months then we divide that into 5 payments. all of which will stay into GAF escrow until results and reports are provided. the only reason why i want to deposit paymets in escrow i have found that when i deposit all payments and provider cannot do the project he then forces me to wait to refund me the money or he forces me to look at scripts he has already premaid and tries to sell it to me. 3# please state how many keyword you can provide me and the page ranks. 4# communication is a key factor. i need reports every 2 weeks on project status. 5# provider needs to have a messenger to contact me. 6# i have notice alot of people sending me bids and are unaware of the requirments for project. if u have read this project please post in pm "auction seo good job" all bids with out this in pm will be automatically rejected. 7# i notice people are sending me emails requesting that i pay them for keywords which i have no problem with. i asked one provider how may keywords i get he wanted to charge me 450 for 3 keywords. i can get that same service in the usa for cheaper from a trusted company. so if u belive that you need that type of money to complete this job ignore this post. 8# do not send me fake emails and then ask me to incease pricing 9# send me reports evey month. i do not want any spamming in google i think it is called "white hating" not sure 10# do not send me emails with ur resume. i do not care what kind of work u did in the past. you can send me reports from clients that wasn't even urs. i do not have time to waste. send me emails relating to my project. if u automatical send me an email with ur resume i will assume u did not read this project and i will reject u. 11# send me an outline in the pm with project plan, time frame and expected rank. 12# please post in pm the amount u will charge me to complete entire job. as i know 250 is a small amount for seo.
