I need a web based program that can convert pdf to Ms doc

The program needs to be able to convert it with great accuracy 1. left to right 2. right to left text 3. graphs, tables & formulas the program needs to be able to ask the client to upload his file while file is process, he will be welcome on a waiting screen with a bar showing the progress the process is taking place on the client’s CPU and not on our server because we don’t have a server the program needs to be reliable and to make those conversion on daily basis with out a need of maintains our site is html CSS based I need the ability to copy the code and paste it in the site with out hustle contact me if you can convert those files with 95% accurcy
