They will have to be recreated, using the PDFs as an outline.
The Fax will have no major changes but the fields: To, From, CC, Re, Fax, Date and Pages have to be created so that anyone can add contents to them. In other words, if I email the PDF to someone, the recipient will have the ability to fill out the fields in the computer.
The Fee Schedule will have to have the prices fees updated, a few lines removed, and a few others added.
The fonts don't have to be exactly the same but similar.
