Virtual assistant to make appointment or enquiry calls

Hi - I am looking for a virtual assistant who could make appointment calls on my behalf. The calls would be made through [login to view URL] that I will give you access to. If you are outside US (say India or Philippines), you can plan to make the call before 11am California time, that way you don't need to stay up late to make any calls. Here is the first task: Get me a vision therapist appointment Here are the steps: 1) Look for vision therapist around my area (US zipcode: 94085) 2) Short list couple of them based on their online reviews 3) Verify with me that those lists are good. 4) Then you would call all them and say you are my assistant calling on my behalf, and would like to enquire about "..." (I will give you details about the medical problem). Ask them about their next appointment schedule, their pricing and whether they would take my insurance (I would give you my insurance details), and get some schedules that they have availability for next week. 5) Once you gather this information, share these with me, and then I will tell you to pick up the one that I like and that fits my schedule 6) You would call them again and tell them to schedule appointment for that time.
