Online English Teacher Co. ([login to view URL]) is a training and recruitment company for ESL teachers.
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self motivated individual who has some experience in the ESL industry (not required, but preferred!) to join our team as a virtual assistant and customer service representative.
- Replying to customer emails and Facebook messages
- Administration work (filling out and updating Google Sheets spreadsheets)
- Creating appointments for demo lesson calls
- Native or near native English (excellent written English is a must!)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience drafting and responding to emails - and familiar with Zoho Mail, Gmail and
- Familiar and proficient at using Google Sheets to create and update shared spreadsheets
- Proficient at using Zapier is an advantage
We can offer you approx 5 hours per week as of right now. More responsibility and hours can be added if the candidate performs well.
