A Singpaore based company is looking for a virtual assistant with retail background. The following criteria is a must: Expertise in customer service Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar Some knowledge of retail sales (online and in-store) Can speak both English and Mandarin Open to work during regular working hours (Singapore Time) i.e Minimum of 4 hours per day during day time.
