Our company provides funding financing solutions to real estate entrepreneurs. We are looking for a real estate loan processor to process our clients applications. The LP will receive the client's information and fill up their information on our forms. The VA will also keep track of client's submitted data and info. The perfect candidate will have: - Real estate LP experience - Solid English level both written and verbal - Experience in processing client data as a LP - Detail oriented - Maintaining client's information in an organized way The responsibilities include: - Receive documents and information - Process all information on our forms - Interaction with clients from submission to closing - Follow up on missing deliverables - Update our online system - Report back to our staff - Work USA hours - Have a Whatsapp number We are looking for a long term candidate. Estimated hours per week are 2-4 and expected to grow.
