The Marketing Assistance position provides both internal and external marketing administrative support using frequent and effective communication through virtual client interactions to implement and manage various marketing platforms and tools. This position is a crucial component of the marketing ecosystems implemented and designed by the Marketing Manager. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Assists Marketing Manager in preparing preliminary marketing packages for online multi-channel distribution by obtaining and confirming accurate information.
• Provides excellent customer service on inbound and outbound service calls
• Manages file flow, document receipt tracking, and schedule updates, calendar
• Utilizes information gathered by the Marketing Manager to suggest improvements and automations
• May be asked to participate in content creation, editing, post-production for social media distribution
• Responds to customers’ general questions regarding policy and procedures in the absence of the Marketing Manager
• Updates customers, real estate agents, and titles companies on the loan’s progress when necessary
• Coordinates and schedules loans closings, meetings, and general correspondence when Marketing Manager is unavailable
• Maintains the Marketing Managers’ customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRMs)
• Stays up to date on any new platform developments features, and will become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all processes and strategies in the various marketing ecosystems implemented and created by the Marketing Manager
• Assists Marketing Manager with branch marketing campaigns through mail, email, and internet
• Maintains relationships through regular communication with referral partners
• Performs other administrative tasks, such as faxing, emailing, making telephone calls, to support the Marketing Manager

• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
• Solid knowledge and understanding of CRM and Marketing portals
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook and various online tools, integrations, collaboration platforms
Required Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalency degree
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience with CRM Marketing
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated experience researching information, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
• Demonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and critical thinking
• Demonstrated experience with analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
• Demonstrated experience producing accurate and detailed work on multiple projects under time pressure
• Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management
• Demonstrated experience leading by example to foster relationships within the company and department
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing relationships with internal and external partners
