Assistant Producer for an online event expo (all day webinar, multi speaker event) Requirements: - You must speak and write English very well - Be extremely well organized - Have pleasant communication skills - Available during the hours of 7:00-15:00 PDT - Have a stable Internet connection and your own computer - Suitable work from home environment - Interest in Marketing or Event Production - Basic wordpress skills - Some familiarity with design programs like Adobe, Camtasia, Illustrator, etc Job Description: The Assistant Producer fulfills many jobs for the Executive Producer. Primarily, the functions are: - Client Liaison: Communicate with the keynote speakers regarding the event and any questions they have. Email and Skype with vendors to coordinate any needs for the event. - Project Management: Assistant Producer will be given projects to complete which they will need to oversee and manage to ensure that timelines and goals are being met properly. - Design/Development Management: Adding new speakers image and info to the WP-admin and making sure that any creative or programming jobs are being completely successfully and by the deadlines. Assistant to the Executive Producer: Any jobs the Producer needs completed may be given to the Assistant.
