I'm looking for a part-time Executive / Personal Assistant (Virtual). Now that I'm starting up my own business while currently working full time, I need to add someone to my team who is dedicated to making sure administrative tasks are taken care of efficiently, reliably, and properly. Here’s who I'm looking for: Someone who thrives on taking care of things the right way the first time. A task comes in and you figure out how to get it done without having to ask a lot of questions. When you say “I’ll take care of it” I know it’ll be done well. Great command of the English language is a plus too. If you were working with me, here are some of the things you would've done last week: Researched Jamaican tours online. Paid a few bills. Made sure wifi service is up and running. Updated social media accounts/pages e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Booked appointments. Updated Nutcache account with services. Transcribed some audio to text. Edited and Formatted a PowerPoint presentation. Ordered some office supplies and products online. Here are some other things you might do: Basic event planning. Check in occasionally with customers via phone/email. Stay on top of things that were promised to us but haven’t been delivered yet. Fill in on some basic customer service/support. General administrative duties. I'm looking for someone who’s experienced or just starting out but the successful candidate must have access to the Internet and be familiar with Wunderlist. I would like to fill up the vacancy for Avelo Recruit's Personal Assistant. I have taken Office Administration during my college years and has prepared me to tackle this type of job. My previous work as a Liaison Officer for a Filipino-French Businessmen Association given me ample experience in dealing with people and setting up meetings and proposals. I am Annie, a newbie here in Freelancer site but definitely a veteran in virtual working community. I have had experiences with majority of the tasks you mentioned though I must say that I haven't had exposure to wunderlist. I've checked this tool and it seemed user friendly and easy to learn. I am aiming for a virtual assistant role being the internet savvy person that I am. I think administrative stuff if one of the things i do best.
