Hi I have a short video which i need to be able to watch it. the format is from my cctv, when i play using many video player, there will be only sound but no image. I managed to get the image on VLC player however the sound gone and also the speed of the video was doubled. I have attched the video so you can check if you can supply me with the right software

I'll have to convert the video for you to a more suitable format at best. VLC should be able to play any format granted you've got all codecs for it installed properly. Let me check the video, message me so that I can send a sample back to you, you can check if it plays on vlc again. Thanks.
