Hi nick im Anup. I have been editing since last year and have very good experience in using adobe premier pro. I have done editing on some short documentaries and music Video. I some what know the frustration you are experiencing, sometimes the software doesn't load the footage at all. there are some process to fix those to which i am very familiar with. I also have very high end PC which can edit 8K footage with ease. Unlike most of the freelancer here, I am a full time freelancer which allows me to provide support maximum time. Regards Anup

Hello there... Sounds like Adobe Elements Organizer can't read your HVEC files, I can convert them for you to H.264, am sure they will read fine then, then you will be able to set them up just fine. How much data is it (in terms of GBs). Good luck.
