Make video out of provided GoPRO movie material

I would like to hire a person to make an amazing Video clip of my trip to Japan. The source material details: - filmed with GoPRO 5 with Video Stabilization using Gimbal (GoPro Karma Grip) - 1920x1080 resolution with 120 FPS with narrow field of view - Around 5 hours video material in form of short video clips - usually around 30 seconds - It's 125GB source material of data What I expect: The person creating the video will need to select the best shots and create out of them a Video of around 10min length with nice music (could be 15min as well if you find good shots) * I like music sync, changes of speed * I expect color corrections/filters to be applied to make video more appealing than source material * I want to be involved for feedback during the production so that we can make sure that final result is satisfactory: - I would like to review iterative revisions of video while it's being made - i.e. after first 1 min is ready, after 2 minutes are ready etc. - I would like corrections to be applied to the full video until I am happy with the result (I am reasonable person and if we do the above mentioned steps correctly i expect none or cosmetic changes on the full video) If you have a better idea than above of how can i be involved during the production so that you can work convenient/efficient and the final result is satisfactory to me then I am open for suggestions. There is no urgent deadline on the project so it does not need to be rushed within 1 or 3 days. I am more interested in final quality than the speed of completion. The video will not be monetized (copyrighted track is ok - important that sound won't be muted by youtube) The goal is to have a nice memory of the trip which I can share with family and friends. If I am happy with the result i would like to work further or even longterm with the creator as I have a lot of such materials from different trips and also creating new ones. We can also agree to start with some smaller project from some other short trip in order to see quicker if the results are satisfactory.
