Hello. I have a few video clips from a short film in R3D video file format. They are 8k clips straight from a RED Camera. The computer I am using does not have a graphics card to support 8k. It is more viable for me at this time to pay someone to downscale the footage for me than to buy a new graphics card. I have an editor already but I would pay you to downscale the footage to an editable resolution and once it's edited match and render the final project in 8k. Just tell me the codec to use.
