Firebase Function Coder

I need someone to write me a firebase function. The function will hook into an onCreate trigger on a document. Each time the trigger fires it will increment a counter on another document. Second, I need a script to initialise the value. The script will loop through all the documents in a collection, counting the number of documents in another collection and updating the original document with the number. I have sample code to follow which should make thing easier.
