I need to create 2d human characters with simple animation

I am looking to create 2d human characters with some simple animation. You will need to submit me one (1) sample character of a fist waving man and your quotation per ten (10) characters. Specifications: - Full body characters. - Different races/colours/genders - Different clothing - Sprites should be in PNG format - Transparent background - Animation in JSON Hash format (compatible with TexturePackerGUI) with max of 8 sprites. - Each PNG file must be less than 100kb - Find examples attached that needs to be animated - Medium Facial details (see examples) - Size as in the examples attached - Each character should be submitted: The JSON Hash file + The PNG sprite sheet + 1 PNG still image of the standing character.
