Easy job- $50 to help me with my Tumblr html

I will pay someone $50 to help me. This should be very simple for someone familiar with html and Tumblr. I have a blog I've started to use in a professional capacity, where I used to just work through email blasts. Mostly publishers and authors look through my book reviews and send me copies of their unpublished books to read and review before they come out. But since I just recently changed my platform, I need to build a new audience to add to my old one. I'm very new to this, but have designed my blog to an acceptable level of aesthetics, but I don't know anything about the actual functions. What I want is to have multiple feeds. I want only posts tagged with "#featured" ta appear on my home page, and posts tagged "#giveaway" to appear on a separate page which is "[login to view URL]". English speakers only. You'll have access to my blog through a temporary password for the work. Preferred that you are familiar with Tumblr and can show me examples of themes created.
