Passion: We feel driven by being part of the mission. Sound like a fit? We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, ad-hoc translation requests, and logistical and organizational support. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Slack. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and data entry to support the sales team and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. What you'll be doing: Update records online. Copy scheduling information from Google Calendar to our CRM. Enter, clear and analyze sales related data in our CRM and other databases. Update client and leads records. Organize and update managers’ meetings and appointments. Create presentations, as assigned. Address employees administrative queries. Provide customer service as first point of contact. Book travel arrangements for the Business Development/Sales team. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. What you’ll bring to this role: Proven admin or assistant experience. High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Fluent in Spanish (written and oral). Must be able to communicate effectively in English Proficiency in Microsoft software, Google Drive, Google Calendar and CRM softwares such as Hubspot. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to work with tight deadlines under minimum supervision. Strong organizational and planning skills. Strong time and self management skills. Attention to detail. Ideally, you’ll also have: Experience or interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or financial technology. Experience working in a start-up environment. Basic knowledge of Portuguese.

I consider myself meticulous and methodical, i have worked in a start up for almost 3 year, working really independently an doing a little of everything. that's why i think i could be the best option for this work. Cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or financial technology, not to much knowledge about it, but so secure is the future of currency, and who don't want to learn about future?, for sure i want :) In addition i have to say that being spanish my native language, you wouldn't find best candidate for the project.
