German to English few words -- 2

I need my German police check translated. It is a very short document (1 page with approximately 60-70 words max). However, as this is for a visa it needs to meet the following criteria: A translator outside Australia does not need to be accredited, but they must endorse the translation with their full name, address, telephone number, and details of their qualifications and experience in the language being translated. I have also a video 9 minute long. Need it German to English tomorrow morning.
